What to eat – A healthy breakfast

When it comes to choosing what to eat and when to eat it will be difficult to pick out the right food. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This is not only because the doctor has told you all your life! Breakfast is very important because it is a meal that gets the day started. Breakfast can bring you a lot of energy and stamina if the right foods are selected. If the wrong foods are selected then you may find yourself feeling sluggish and slow.

REMEMBER that breakfast is the meal that will prepare the body for the upcoming hours ahead of you. Do not fee like you have to starve yourself to lose weight and eat healthy. You should always take some kind of low calorie snacks every three hours to keep your metabolism in balance throughout the day. Eat breakfast! And do not skip a morning latte from Starbuck’s!
